Market season is far from over, and you'll find plenty of fresh, seasonal produce, including apples, peppers, tomatoes, raspberries, squash, okra, eggplant, kohlrabi, turnips, cucumbers, and much, much more!

Learn tips and tricks for cooking, serving, and storing seasonal crops throughout the season. You can also follow our podcast series throughout the season and learn about your local specialty crops from local farmers and chefs.

Here's a taste of what's on tap this week:
The Dash will be back with unique and delicious ice cream flavors, made with Kilgus milk and highlighting local ingredients.
Main Street Legacy Products will be back with us, and that means Joe Joe's famour salad dressings, perfect for all the fresh veggies you'll find at the market.
The Seasonal Plate, from Cullom, is back this week with salad mix, cucumbers, Shishito peppers, lunchbox peppers, poblanos, red peppers, and jalapenos.
Berries and Flour will have an array of creative cakes, shrub mixes, syrups, and jams including paw paw cakes, elderberry syrup, and quince jam.
We'll be joined by Havilah Gardens Micro Farm, located in Bellflower. They will have cherry tomatoes, and a great variety of winter squash including Baby Blue Hubbard, Delicotta, Kabocha, Spaghetti, and Acorn. Plus, sweeeeeeeeet potatoes.
Grovestone will also be back with delectable olive oils and balsamic vinegars, perfect for all those fresh summer veggies.
Green G Farm will have okra, peppers, cucumbers, and an array of Asian vegetable varieties, including noodle beans, bitter melon, and Chinese squash.
Sola Gratia Farm, located just on the edge of Urbana, will have winter radishes, Hakurei turnips, garlic, onions, summer squash, winter squash, plus still plenty of summer favorites, like tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, hot peppers, cherry tomatoes, okra, and bunching greens.
Prosperity Gardens will have fresh veggies, including cherry tomatoes of all different colors. Come by and see what the kids have been growing.
Central Illinois Bakehouse will have a wide range of artisan breads, pretzels, focaccia, pastries, and more.
Meyer Produce, just south of us in Villa Grove, will have black and red raspberries, jalapenos, green peppers, red peppers, sweet banana peppers, apples, peaches, a few plums, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchini, melons, potatoes, onions, and shallots.
Three D Tomatoes will be joining us with plump, juicy tomatoes grown in Sullivan, IL.
Two Million Blooms is back with local honey and fresh baked scones.
Page Roasting Company is also back with beans roasted just a few blocks from the market. Get them ground fresh right on site, plus get a free cold brew for every bag of beans purchased.
