RampFest

Thank you for being part of our successful RampFests over the last several years and for your participation in what is becoming a historic movement to change the way food is grown in our country.

In 2010, we’re turning our energies towards different forums for showcasing the expertise of our partners and The Land Connection’s mission and therefore have decided not to hold RampFest this year.

In addition to continuing our nationally-recognized farmer training programming, we’re expanding our farmland preservation efforts to include formal partnering with land conservancy groups to assist them in preserving the agricultural land that frequently surrounds natural lands; developing an agricultural easement that can be used as a nationwide model to save farmland from development; and continuing to assist farm families, farmland owners, and new farmers who are interested in farming sustainably—whether they are involved with grain, vegetable and fruit, or livestock production.

We’ll keep you posted on our exciting new forums and events.

Thanks again for you participation at our RampFests and we hope to see you at our new forums. And thanks again to our 2009 RampFest supporters:
