Learn tricks of the trade to build your farm brand, connect with customers, and boost your sales at the farmers' market. Katie Bishop of PrairiErth Farm (and recently honored MOSES Farmer of the Year) will share with you how they built their recognizable brand and the strategies they use to maintain and enhance it. You will also explore effective booth design tricks to help you stand out from the crowd at the market. Plus, you will consult with local food marketing experts and share useful ideas and strategies that you can take back to make this a stronger season for you and your market!

Starring Katie Bishop, Co-Owner, PrairiErth Farm
Katie Bishop farms 300 acres along side of her husband Hans and father-in-law Dave just outside of Atlanta, Illinois. She directs the marketing, strategic planning and customer communication for the farm, in addition to getting dirty and playing with plants and washing carrots. She is driven by an intense passion for nature, and the true joy that comes from connecting with her customers.
