Young Veteran family of 5 looking for a place to lease or rent. We have farmed for years in Oklahoma but for reasons out of our control recently had to move on. We are ready to get back into farming and have a lot of experience to bring to the table. We have already been through the growing pains of what works and what doesn't, we just need a place to practice what we know. Willing to go anywhere, a house would be helpful but not necessarily a requirement.

Young farm family in East Central Illinois seeks farm owners interested in seeing cover crops used on their land. We currently own and operate a business providing seed, consultation, and custom application to farms utilizing cover crops and other sustainable ag practices. We are eager to join you in making your farm an example of regenerative agriculture for others to follow. Willing to consider any arrangement.

I have this vision for a farm. I am very passionate about the cover crop/regenerative agriculture movement that is happening slowly across the United States (Gabe Brown of North Dakota is a leader). I would like to have a farm in which there is a combination of grain crops and livestock grazing, mostly on the crop land following cover crop establishment. I would like to maximize the profit per acre and use the animals strategically in the cropping system. My research indicates that a combination of cattle, goats, and chickens is a good start. Grazing animals increases profitability per acre by increasing income and dropping input costs of grain production (cover crop termination and added manure). I am looking for a partner who would want to go into business with me. Give me a call or email me if you would like to discuss this further. Thanks! Wichita Falls, Texas is listed, but it could be anywhere in the Midwest/Southwest.

I would like to rent/ lease a home on acreage with a securely fenced area that would allow 8 Scottish Terriers and a Pit Bull Terrier to enjoy the land. This could be an opportunity for someone who owns a second home type property to gain some income to offset expenses. I am willing to pay for the right place. I have found it difficult to travel away from home to a place I can share with my dogs - all of whom are very well housebroken. We do not destroy property - we leave things cleaner than we find them.

I am looking for ground to lease for row crop. We use the last technology practices to get the most yield out of out crop. We can work out any cash rent or split agreement that will work for your property. Our family farm takes care of roadsides, mowing, fence rows, trees, fertilizer, and tile. Our Family is in search of a farm with or without a house so we can pursue our dream of establishing a self-sustaining lifestyle. The goal is to find a farm and mentor that can help us establish a sustained permaculture, organic farm utilizing livestock and rotational mob-grazing techniques. This would be a Family Farm that we can work with the existing owner in creating revenue with crops - perhaps CSA or other means. Farm would be 15 to 50 acres of organic or fallow land. Do you own such a place that you would like to see remain as an agricultural farm and not developed, with someone to care for it like you would? We are looking for a lease/purchase where we will pay to lease the property and also purchase it as well. We will convert to traditional financing within 3 years. My Wife and I have been married for 29 years and have 5 children and 2 dogs. The past 2 years have severely challenged us through a series of events, much of which has been out of our control. My wife was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer that required multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation coupled with more chemo. It decimated our Family. We lost our home, our business of 13 years, our credit (had a 725 credit score), our 17-acre piece of land where we intended to build our lives, and so much more. We are currently living in the basement of a family member. We need to get out and begin our lives over, at the Farm. We are hard working, creative people and would like to find landowners who might also be creative in finding a way to help us work the land. Maybe you have acreage you would sell, land that needs to be worked, interest in enjoying harvest from our organic gardens. If you have a small farm, land, or know of someone who does, please contact us. We are a good Family that has been forced to start over - but in the hole. If you need a good investment, we are it. Please contact me with any questions or if you have a property in Ohio or anywhere else in the US that would fit our needs. Thanks for your consideration.
