Tear-Down: February 14, 2019, 5:15-6:00pm

Due Date

Exhibition booths will be reserved as payments and applications are received. Application and payment is due no later than January 31, 2019. We have limited exhibition booths available and they will be filled on a first-come/first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made prior to January 14, 2019. All cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per exhibit. Cancellations submitted on or after January 14, 2019 will not be refunded.

Set-up / Tear-down

Set-up for the exhibition hall will take place on Thursday, February 14, from 6:30 – 8:00 a.m. Tear-down for the exhibition hall will take place on February 14, from 5:15 – 6:00 p.m. Exhibitors must be set up no later than 8 a.m., and tear down cannot occur prior to 5:15 p.m.
Note: The exhibition hall will NOT be open on Wednesday, February 13.

Dedicated Exhibit Times

The dedicated times for the exhibition hall will be Thursday, February 14, from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m., 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 – 5:15 p.m. The exhibition hall will be separate from all presentation activities. The social activities of breakfast, lunch, and the beer & spirit mixer will happen in the exhibit hall. This will allow for constant networking between exhibitors and attendees throughout the day and drive participant traffic to your booths.

About the Organic Grain Conference

The Land Connection is hosting our 3rd annual Organic Grain Conference & Trade Show in Champaign, IL, on February 13-14, 2019. This is Illinois' only conference dedicated solely to organic grain education and networking.

Last year, 145 farmers and researchers, and 13 exhibitors gathered to network and learn about the organic grain industry, certification process, and risk management. This year, the conference is expanding! We are offering a day-long intensive course on organic certification on February 13, followed by the main conference and trade-show on February 14. On day 2, we are increasing the number of presentations, adding a track covering the latest research in organic production and moving the exhibit hall into a dedicated space to allow networking to continue unimpeded throughout the day. We are also expanding the hours dedicated to the exhibit hall with a two-hour uninterrupted block over the lunch break.

With an anticipated attendance of more than 150 farmers traveling from across Illinois and the surrounding states, your sponsorship support will reach a captive audience of eager customers and help make this our best conference yet.
