CSA Fair Vendor Registration

Please join us for the 3rd annual CSA Fair!

 

 

 

Co-hosted by Urbana’s Market at the Square, Common Ground Food Co-op, and The Land Connection.

                                

 

 

This fun event will give you the chance to connect with hundreds of potential customers and educate them on your CSA, buying club, etc.   
 

When: Friday, March 2nd, 2018  from 5-7:30 p.m.
 

Where: Lincoln Square Mall, hallway outside of Common Ground Food Co-op  300 S Broadway Ave #166, Urbana, IL 61802
 

Cost: $20 per booth which includes two 8-ft tables and 2 chairs and wifi access. Please register and pay below, or call 217-840-2128 to register and pay by cash/check.
 

Set-up: Please plan to arrive no earlier than 4 p.m. to set-up. Parking is free.
 

Health inspections: If you plan to have samples please ensure you have the appropriate C-UPHD health permits OR contact us to make arrangements with Common Ground to prepare samples in their commercial kitchen.
 

Electricity: There will be electricity available, please notify us in advance if you require access.
 

Kitchen: Common Ground Food Co-op has a commercial kitchen and will be providing recipe samples featuring local products. Please provide us with a list of the products available through your CSA, so we can tailor recipes to highlight what is available.
 

Restrooms: Restrooms are available inside of the Co-op.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
