From how to select the ideal tree, to inoculation and encouraging fruiting, this class will teach you all you need to know about producing mushrooms for market. Taught by shiitake producer Sara Creech of Blue Yonder Organic Farm. You will go home with two-three logs that have been inoculated with spores. Intended for small production farmers.
