The Market is open for the season and we need all hands on deck! We are looking for 4 volunteers each week. All volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
- Volunteer Shifts:
- May – October: Tuesdays: 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
- November – April: Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
As a Champaign Farmers Market volunteer you will be responsible for helping set up and tear down tents, tables, and other various market equipment at the beginning and end of the market. During the 3-6 pm time while the market is open to shoppers you would be resposnible for assisting with SNAP transactions, conducting shopper surveys, helping with on site programming such as Kids Kits, and assisting the Market Manager and Market Assistant with their duties.
